Location: 5/5 - The location is walkable to bars & several fine dining restaurants. Room: 4/5 - The room was clean & comfortable. I had one of my best sleep in a while on the very comfortable bed. However, I understand that they’re going to remodel the rooms which is much needed. Service: 5/5 - The service was excellent. All of the staff were welcoming w/ friendly smiles. Ambiance: 4/5 - The hotel & its common areas were small, didn’t feel grand.

The best spot in Dallas for the money. Room was immaculate. I wish my home was as well appointed. When there's a $350 throw on the bed, yer in rare air. Everything was spotless. Glass and marble. I literally gag from how overwhelmed I was with excitement. My first reaction to my chamber was breath taking. I have been to several of 5 star hotels and the Virgin is definitely top tier. Great service all around starting from velvet all the way to check out. I have already recommended The Virgin hotel to several of my colleagues and friends. Thank you for a wonderful staycation experience ❤️
