Loved loved loved waking up and having breakfast at the hotel and then heading out for the day! It is what we miss the most. It was the most serene way to start the day. The spa treatment was so soothing and relieving!

We had a wonderful experience. The service was incredible and the hotel is very beautiful! We will definitely stay here when we come again

It takes 10 to 14 minutes to get to nearest rail transport.. a little far for Tokyo hotels I am used to.. I come to Japan often.. On a positive easy access to Haneda Airport as compared to Narita.. Also cheaper going to Haneda Airport on taxi and allot cheaper.. 5000 to 6000 yen ($33-$40) Narita is about 18000 to 27000 yen ($120-$180).. This is good value when you first arrive and depart if you do not want to take the rail with allot of luggage..

They just finished a big renovation. It locates a very convenient location in the center of Tokyo. Just a short walk to Shinagawa train station. You can catch a bullet train there.

Beautiful property with lovely rooms. Location is quiet, so it is a little distance to main tourist sites. As the pool is part of the building (commercial) gym, no kids allowed, which was a shame.

Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view. Rooms were clean but carpet could have been cleaner.

If you are planning to visit Tokyo, this hotel is an excellent option. First off, its located right above Shinagawa train station, which gives you easy and quick access not only to all of Tokyo but all of Japan as well. The other notable thing about this hotel, is that its lobby is on 26th floor. Even the most basic room will never be facing a wall or an air conditioning duct. On this note, all hotel rooms offer absolutely breathtaking views of Tokyo both during day and night time. The room...

Everything excellent

Feels very clean and new; the development around the hotel has a lot of dining and drinking options. Subway stop a few levels down very convenient! Staff very kind and helpful.

I recently stayed at villa fontaine premier hotel in Haneda airport and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful...

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

Hotel location is very good and within walking distance from metro/JR train stations and Tokyo station shopping district. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We found the rooms to be very large and comfortable. We had a minor clog in the toilet and it was fixed quickly after we reported it. Our only regret is that the reservation spot available at the Sushi Sora restaurant was too late for us. Overall enjoyed the stay very much.

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed my stay. Staff where extremely helpful and nice

Amazing stay our family enjoy this hotel very much.

I had the privilege to stay in the Garden Suite, with access to the Club Lounge. The check-in was SWIFT. A manager came, handled my little luggage and a bell-boy took over and walked me to the Club Lounge. Hot & cold drinks & tea-time snacks were served. I spent an hour before going to the Suite. The suite is IMPECCABLE, from the furnishing to the amenities (Imabari towels) & toiletries (Bamford). It has a large balcony. Though it was rather windy, I kept one of the large panels open. The VIEWS...

Price-wise, the Grand Hyatt falls into the middle group of luxury hotels in Tokyo -- not as expensive as the Park Hyatt but on average a bit more expensive than the New Otani. For the price, you get absolutely top quality service, a beautifully clean and stylish room, top-notch facilities (including spa), and great restaurants (if you have the expense account for them). If you can, you will enjoy treating yourself to a truly first-rate experience there.

As expected, the four seasons was spectacular. I highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again should I return to Tokyo.

The rooms were spacious and luxurious (amenities such as tooth paste, pajamas etc). The room service was fast and tasty. The front desk, house keeping were all incredible! The hotel is by far one of the best 5 stars we’ve stayed at.
