The employees at the hotel went above any beyond in every way, ensuring the three of us had an exceptional stay. When our luggage got lost at the airport, the hotel was able to coordinate with the airport employees and have the luggage delivered to the hotel. We also had several visitors and packages arrive at the hotel, all of which were handled with the utmost care. The front desk associates were so helpful in planning travel to the Shinkansen station with our large ski luggage. This hotel is basic and the rooms are very small but if you can accept that (and you should if you want reasonably priced accommodation in Tokyo) then this is the hotel for you. I stayed in a single room. It was clean and quiet. It’s excellent value for money. The only downside were the uncomfortable pillows!…

Good and quiet location at Shinjuku!…

I love the location of this hotel, near to train station or walkable to Shinjuku station. Also very near to Gyoen park. It's also in a quiet area of Shinjuku. Lots of cafes and food around the area. The room was smaller than I expected. If you're coming from a long flight and have big luggage, it might be challenging for you. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was not so bad for my budget and very filling.
