The room we stayed in was still a bit small, but that’s to be expected in a Tokyo. The location is fantastic, being very close to Shimbashi station and in a walkable, yet upbeat area. "

"I would definitely go back and I plan on it. It was such a great place to stay and pretty walkable to all the transportation you’ll need. Even if you decide to just walk around, it’s a great place to stay. They were also so accommodating because I didn’t have a ticket to get on the bus to go back to the airport but they made it happen anyway. I still had to buy the ticket but it was very easy, cheap, and they didn’t have to go out of their way so it was nice."

"Much better than the Villa Fontaine. If you want to avoid the crowds at a giant hotel but looking for a comfortable accommodation, this is the one. I’ve stayed both and will choose the Royal."

"Great hotel, very clean. They had the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. The only things they could do better are to put a recycling container in the room and to start breakfast earlier than 7am."

"Surprisingly large rooms for a Japanese hotel and for the price. Food options were also great especially the multiple breakfast options since most things in the area dont open until 10am or later"
