Awesome property for a family with kids. Beach and pool are great, as are all of the kid friendly amenities like small arcade, kids play area, and move theater.

This hotel is clean, modern, luxurious, with impeccable service.

Everything great

By far the best hotel in Shenzhen. Fantastic service and extremely well maintained. Exceeding all my expectations even for a St Regis quality.

Spacious and good location good service

This property is amazing! It is like visiting a golf museum! From the moment of arrival to the final check out, the staff attend to every possible detail. Tom Zhang, the concierge is exceptional with regards to his personal knowledge of the Resort! He is very accommodating and provided a personal tour upon my arrival! He should be awarded an award of excellence!

Visiting Shenzhen on business. The HRH is modern with comfortable amenities. Front desk staff was amazing (thanks much to Steven).

great spatious room, very clean and staff was super nice.

The service is superb! the food is delicious and the rooms are impeccably clean and furnished to last detail. I will definitely stay here again! The assistant manager Banty went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable and plush! I love it! Again, the service is second to none!

Staffs were great and friendly and location was great. Cleaning staff did a great job at keeping everything spotless during our entire stay. Lots of shopping and dining options.

gorgeous lobby, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed... love it!!

Very convenient location, close to public transportation, lots of restaurants and shopping places nearby. Hotel staff are very friendly and offer excellent service. The room I stayed was a bit outdated, yet very clean. Had complimentary fruit delivered to room everyday. Will definitely consider staying here next time.
