WiFi worked inconsistently - although the staff helped and it worked for a while. But then next day it was back to being very slow or wouldn’t connect at all. Aside from that everything else was good, staff were friendly and the Club Lounge is definitely something to consider paying extra for as it includes breakfast and all day snacks and refreshments. Just very unfortunate we came here for work and couldn’t do much due to the internet connection.

As a business traveller the check in process was efficient, the room is a good size including desk facilities. The hairdryer was a good size and powerful enough. My room included club breakfast which had enough options. The full breakfast on level 2 has a lot more options but I was happy with the offering on the club floor.

We really liked the Grand Hyatt: the staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, well designed, and quiet, and had a great view of the city. The fitness center was big and well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was superb. a really excellent stay.

Good hotel and has a nice shopping mall next to it

The room is very good. TV is huge. The toilet has both bath top and rain forecast shower. Service is good too. Staff is very polite.

Nice hotel

Stayed there for a whole week. Rooms clean and comfortable, the lounge floor was worth its extra money, the bar people very nice - one suggestion I have - waiting for every cocktail 20 minutes is too long ! Check in and out easy and fast - lift situation very complicated going first to 33 rd floor every time you wanna go up or down generally good staff.
