The hotel is well maintained. It is clean, spacious and very comfy. Hotel staff is very nice, well trained and smart. Kudos to those at the concierge and the restaurants coping with large breakfast crowd and those definitely not friendly and bad mannered guests grabbing breakfast at the buffet table, dropping stuff on the tables and floors, shouting when they were told to queue for a table at peak hours when their peers were busy emptying trays of food and loading them onto their own plates, reluctant to leave. 今次訂住upgraded room , 住在9樓。（上次住12樓） 今次酒店外邊有裝修，8時多已被吵醒….. 很困擾。不明白不安排去較高樓層或給予優惠作賠償。 星期四早上去早餐，有職員建議去另外一層用歺，因為樓下餐廳大堂用歺很多人。但星期五早上，竟然取消另外一層用歺！正堂那邊排隊超過20 人，當時係9:45am…… 我查問為何今天不開另一層，職員竟然答今天星期五比昨天少人，所以不開放額外樓層。唔係呀？星期五，六入住率一向係高峰，這是常識吧！估唔到所謂五星洒店要排隊吃早餐，不作即時反應！ 房間整理非常好，員工友善。海灘、泳池也整潔不錯。
