Great stay.

We wanted to see the area of Shenzhen north, so we choose to stay in the hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained, nice big room and very clean. Service at front desk and concierge is great. The hotel can go to the shopping mall ICO next door, so very convenient. It's not close to subway, but it's fine for us.

I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and dedication of your staff, who made my stay truly memorable. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. David Chen [陳嘉龍] at the Technical Department for setup WIFI and assistance with a problem as per our . He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and was always courteous and helpful. Additionally, the entire team at the restaurant and housekeeping] demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and provided impeccable service. The comfortable accommodations and the friendly demeanor of your team members exceeded my expectations. It is evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority at Hilton, and I will certainly be recommending your hotel to my friends and colleagues. As the TV of the room was out of service, the hotel changed our room. However, instead of providing me with a room with garden view which I originally booked, the hotel simply gave me a room without any view. Very disappointing. Worse still, they mistakenly charged an extra night in my credit card. I had to go all the way back to the hotel. While the hotel staff simply said sorry for the inconvenience caused, they offered NOTHING to compensate my time loss. I won't recommend this hotel to others.
