The location of the hotel is quite central and busy. The hotel itself is clean and has various amenities. The check in process was fast and very efficient. The only down side is a booked a king size room but i was offered a room with twin beds. I brought the attention of reception to it but to no avail. Breakfast was good. very diverse. In all I will give this hotel a 5 star. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel service is considerate and thoughtful, and the front desk is warm and professional. The hotel provides robot food delivery service, which is full of technology! 櫃檯很好但缺點是我當時跟他問了退房時間，他跟我說12點但我記得我可以晚退房的之後給他了房間號碼但櫃檯也沒特別查，我之後是透過我的app查到的。 打掃的阿姨真的很愛近房間，我也兩天掛不要打擾，但回到房間會發現毛巾被收了或者衛生紙被折過。 然後阿姨還不小心丟了我吃到一半的甜點，然後跟櫃檯說，櫃檯只跟我說沒找到，沒有丟掉，之後我追問才說要退錢….但我很確定我東西放在桌子上沒有丟…. 櫃檯的樣子太少了，每天早上都會沒位子坐 早餐是普通但多樣性不夠…..吃兩次就膩了吧😂
