A shabby neighbourhood and a hotel that probably was quite nice 15 years ago. Now it’s worn down. When arriving it feels like you enter a second class office building from the back.

Hotel under renovation with a very helpful team

The hotel is currently under renovation. Most of the facilities has been modified due to the following. As a result the hotel is missing the gym, restaurant etc... My initial room suffered from bad AC and poor internet connectivity. After failure to fix the AC the hotel team decided to upgrade me to a better room. The new room was excellent. I've enjoyed the remaining 5 nights a lot. Note- the hotel's breakfast is served in a temporary location in 5th floor. That breakfast is okay but not similar to the fabulous breakfast usually been served by that hotel. I hope the renovation will end before my next stay in that hotel. OCT Town is really cool place with clean air, a lot of green area and dinning places. It is very convenient for running or walking.

酒店不值這個價位，倘且以後不會再入住 。

近地鐵站算是交通方便，在 check in 後，房間派往東翼，要行出酒店大堂外要經停車場及車道，及東行經三棟樓才到達所住宿大樓，樓下大堂沒有服務員，像是普通住宅大樓地下大堂，到達房間內只有淋浴間，沒有浴缸，因我選的酒店簡介是有浴缸的，因住一晚及離check in 大樓太遠，失望，所以費事換房，酒店不值這個價位，倘且以後不會再入住 。

廁所房門鎖壞的，晚上三點多往小解後，被反鎖了，要找酒店工人破門才救到我出來，冷得要命。怒。另外，浴室的玻璃門，也是要升起它才可以關上。

The new wing condition is fine, The old wing might need some update. It is very obvious when you travel between the two building. The stuff was great and breakfast was excellent.

A really noisy experience

I will not be returning to this place. I was not informed before the booking of the huge construction they have going on. My room was literally in the middle of a construction site. The noise should according to the hotel be from 9-12 and 14-19. The few times I wanted to relax in the hotel room in the mentioned hours, I instantly regretted. It was simply impossible to be there with the noise. Two mornings they even started around 8! I requested a partial refund at the information desk, but they told me this would not be possible as it was already paid for. I could instead have an additional night - which I could not (and would not) make use of as I was returning home right after my stay there. The breakfast area was also a disaster which could far from accommodating the number of people staying at the hotel.
