「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. 「My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this resort. It is our favorite one that we have been to in Punta Cana. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were clean. It was a wonderful vacation. Also, I would really like to mention that Joel at La Isabela buffet really went out of his way every time during breakfast and dinner for us. He was so welcoming and always kept us smiling. Such a great vacation :)」

「The food at the Italian restaurant was under cook, the pasta was rubbery. The food at the steakhouse, I had baby back ribs, was a little tough, the corn was overcooked and dry, no bread was served, there was chips. The only sweet red wine you had, I had to purchase. The restaurant at beach was my savior.」

「The Staff was definitely unique. I wish I can remember everyone names, Felix, Ceasar Luis, Evelyn & Ernesto were amazing along with the rest of the Staff….. The only thing I didn’t like was the drinks!!!! A better Bar Service will get better reviews. “More ice less Pina Colada” , I wanted a frozen drink not a mix drink with ice cubes. 」
