We used Amstar transportation services, and the experience was excellent,truly a 10/10. The buffet offered good quality and a decent variety, though the service could be improved. We tried six restaurants, with Il Paradiso (Italian) being the highlight—both the food and service were outstanding. The Gourmet restaurant had average food, but the service stood out. At Le Flame (Steakhouse), the food was delicious, but the portions—especially the steak—were excessively large, leading to waste, and the service was not at the same level. Takara (Asian) was average overall, while Las Olas (Rodizio) was disappointing, with poor service and underwhelming food. We attended the Oneiro show, which was highly entertaining but geared toward adults. The fixed menu was not enjoyable, with oversized portions (like a giant hamburger) that resulted in a lot of uneaten food. It would work better as a show with light snacks rather than a full dinner. The room was comfortable, especially the beds, but felt outdated and had maintenance issues. Some amenities were missing and not replaced despite requests. Entertainment overall did not meet expectations. Shows lacked variety and interactivity, and scheduled activities were often canceled, making evenings repetitive. The beach was crowded and busy with vendors, while the pools were clean, spacious, and enjoyable. Internal transportation was efficient. Although we had a good stay overall, the hotel did not deliver on its promise of unique, kid-focused

This resort is definitely good for kids. The waterpark and pool areas were great for my 4 year old. One of the restaurants (reservation needed) puts on a wonderful show for all to enjoy. However, overall the food in the resort itself was not at all what I expected. I only got to experience one other à la carte and the waiter was nice enough to get me several things off the menu and only one of the items were actually good. Other than that, the food for kids was not impressive. Luckily my child is fine with fries and pizza but I really was not impressed by the food. I’m a buffet girl and I struggled finding things I’d actually enjoy. The staff, outside of front desk, barely spoke. The staff in reservation restaurants were great. I wish o could’ve seen more activities for the kids. There was a nightly disco event for them, which was nice. The hotel itself seemed outdated and almost falling apart. It seems like they try to do a lot of patchwork. The remote control to the TV was not working and I had to call front desk for new batteries. They eventually came up and replaced the remote control. My TV broke down in the middle of my stay. I will say they sent a technician over in a fairly decent timeframe and they ended up replacing my TV. There were only bedsheets on my bed and I had to request a heavier blanket and they did so pretty quickly so at least there customer service was decent. I don’t think I would be returning to this particular resort. Aesthetically though it’s nice.

This is a hotel for families with small kids. The room was clean but doesn't have the amenities for a 4.5 stars hotel. The wall in the bathroom was broken; the shower wall was leaking into the toilet compartment and smelled strongly of sealant when we got in the room, and the toiletries were worse than at a 3 star one. Food was decent, lots of options at the buffet. A la carte restaurants had better food, but not at the high-end level. We ordered Creme Broulee at the French restaurant, and it came with no finish, looked like a vanilla Jello... Staff was nice. It was very busy during the spring break, and it was hard to find a chair on the beach late in the morning.

Liked the cleanliness of the room, properties and swimming pool. À la Carter restaurant booking was hard, do it before you arrive. Staff was having troubles with English sone times but mostly helpful and friendly. Overall good place

The staff was so nice and so welcoming every day. It's very family friendly, there is an event every night just for kids, usually a dance party, that our 2 year old granddaughter loved! The food at the buffet was normal for an all-inclusive resort, most of the food was not hot (temperature wise), the food at the sit-down restaurants was very hit or miss. The Flame steakhouse had very good food, the food at the Mongolian grill-style restaurant, Nomad, was outstanding. The food at the Brazilian restaurant was all over-cooked. The Tex-Mex restaurant, Tequila was good. The beverages at the poolside bars were very refreshing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was our second stay here. Everything exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The amenities were excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable. Having easy beach access was a huge plus and made it so convenient to relax and enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, and I would happily stay here again.

The rooms are l old and can use some upgrades. Curtains were dirty, rooms smelled of moisture and there was dust throughout. We had to swap our towels 2x because they had stains. My son injured his foot 2x in the pool causing his entire toe nail to rip off and a huge cut from something sharp in the kiddie pool
