"The property itself is absolutely charming! Staff is welcoming & hospitable. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the area itself. There’s night life and great views alongside restaurants and plenty to do. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are kept clean! A/C was great overall very satisfied. "

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

"The property was amazing, walking distance to 7 seas and bio beach. Everything was clean, for hot water there’s a switch by the light in the bathroom."

"Lovely spacious property in a local neighborhood. Very close to Luquillo beach and kiosks and rain forest. Beautiful pool and pool area. Comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Air conditioning works great. Plenty of space for a family or friends vacation. Great communication with host. "
