「Nothing but great things to say about our stay. From the moment that we arrived, Joaquin made us feel like family what he has done on the property is nothing short of amazing. Property was easy to find. The gardens are beautiful. The flowers are incredible. The pool was fantastic. The whole place was so calming and serene, and incredibly clean. 「When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here.」

「Overall, our family liked this condo. Great location in Ceiba. Wish we had more amenities like more silverware, pots, pans, grill but if you’re looking to just pretty much sleep there, I would recommend this. Also, plumbing isn’t the best. Both showers were backed up the whole time we were there. Finally communication with the rental management company was a little bit challenging. I think there’s some opportunity for them to provide more clarification on how to get in and out of the property...

「The team from Expedia should really go see this place before offering it to the Expedia customers. We depend on you and trust that you have done your part before booking your clients. The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on. Shame on you Expedia for having this property on your listing 😞😡」
