"Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in Japan! Very close to the Kyoto station and airport limousine stops. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. They offer complimentary coffee & tea in the lounge. The breakfast buffet is with it to try at least once because eating there every day is dangerous because EVERYTHING is delicious!! The customer service provided by M.Takashi and R.Niga was outstanding! They assisted us in having our luggage sent to our next hotel. It’s all these factors that will definitely have us coming back!"

"I had a really great stay here. The laundry amenities were really nice and convenient for me. They have a live status on the TV so you can see when the laundry machines are available which was nice.
