「This is a beautiful property located just outside of the town of Yufuin. The service was great and the food was wonderful. We enjoyed soaking in the outdoor spa while viewing the scenery around us. The hotel shuttle from the train station was not very convenient with only one small bus per hour and reservations required in advance. We opted to take a taxi which was under US$10 and very easy. We stayed two nights and spent much of the middle day walking around the town. Highly recommend.」

「It’s an excellent hotel. Design is nice, staff are helpful albeit that one could feel they are short of working hands. Everyone seems to be doing multiple jobs and looking overworked. Our experience has been very positive.」
