"Staff very friendly, Mexican and Italian restaurant very good, excellent room cleaning, swimming pool very good, access to beach very good, walkable distance to 5ta Avenida. Just a couple of suggestions; close the snack bar late, we were looking for coffee around 11.0 pm and there was no place where to get it, and find a way to keep some of the food warm at the buffet, a couple of times we got cold food, other than that, it was a very good experience. "Overall good value for the money, but the management gave up on the beach upkeep. Seaweed is a known problem in Mexico but in most places hotel at least tries to clean it up. We were hoping to spend some time on the beach but were quite disappointed. Also, Palace Elite is VERY pushy in offering their membership, which completely smashed our desire to come back to any Palace hotels. "

"Very nice resort. We loved it a lot. Very nice territory. Setups, clean rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Two breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent!. Dinner restaurants were rather disappointment. "Not a lot of food options, hard to get into restaurants and the buffet food was not good. Had issues with AC in one of the rooms the first two days, got up to 86 degrees.
