Everything was amazing! Fantastic food, clean areas everywhere, rooms were beautiful and the staff are all great fun and friendly. We had a massage in the gazebo on the beach which was totally worth the experience.

I have been to a few all inclusive so in comparison this was probably one of the lesser ones. The food was hit or miss. They had some great food and some awful food and a bunch in the middle. I would have thought they would have been a little more on top of the Mexican food. They had tostada shells but no other types of tortilla. Tamales were dry and inedible. Some of the staff were not the nicest. But the worst part was definitely the bed. When checking in, we let the front desk know it was our honeymoon and he said oh okay we’ll set something up. They put a towel shaped like a bunny on the bed. The bed was two double beds pushed together, but the beds were not even the same height and super hard/uncomfortable. After a couple nights, we were both extremely uncomfortable and asked to switch rooms. They told us not tonight but tomorrow. We switched rooms and the normal king bed was definitely better but bedding is not good quality. There is also not enough pool chairs. It is extremely frustrating to watch people come down to the pool area and clip their towels to the chairs and not come back for hours and hours. This took up almost all the chairs.
