"View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. "We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !"

"The electric tiny stove is not hot enough to cook properly, the shower doesn't have enough water flow, the fridge takes 2 days to start cooling after is plugged in, air conditioning works but it takes half day to cool. Pool is ok, but is at the rooftop. "

"Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location."

"My family and I couldn't have been happier with this rental - it was in a perfect location and we really enjoyed our walks to town through pristine Playacar (with Mayan ruins in the backyard -- this neighborhood is truly magical!) The condo was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the beach toys and the recommendation for Alex who was our driver for the week! "Fantastic property. Security 24/7. Paco at front desk was a true gentleman and extremely helpful. Cabs available right up the street. Walked to Walmart a few times. Les Amies cafe right next door. Tony made Fantastic breakfast with homemade breads. Los Tabernachos, Quebec owners, incredible food and bloody ceasers. Rooftop Club across 5th Avenue was loud at night but never bothered us. There is so many really great restaurants that are within walking distance which is great as Uber's are not allowed there and the price for the taxi's is a bit high.
