プールがありビーチが近いホテル

2回目の宿泊 エクスペディアからファーストインプレッションのメールが来たので、前回に比べ、日が当たらない事と野外ステージの隣であり音楽がうるさい事（夜１２時まで演奏）を回答しました。次の日、部屋を交換する旨の案内がありましたが、面倒なので同じ部屋で良いと回答しました。 その後、セーフティ金庫が自動的に解錠している事に気がつきました。修理して欲しい旨伝えたところセキュリティーの関係者が確認して帰りました。次の日も修理されていなかったので、再度ホテルのデスクに伝えました。最後まで修理される事はありませんでした。 夜の１２時まで大音響の音楽が演奏され、その後セーフティ金庫が自動的に解錠される為、一定間隔でピッピッという音が終日鳴っていました。 寝不足最低。

A small and very well kept resort. I appreciated all of the lush greenery and local wildlife that live in it. The beach and pool are great, and there were always enough loungers in the palm trees on the beach. The staff were constantly cleaning and it showed. The food was great as were the staff. My only real complaint is that the room are so very noisy. We shared a thatched roof with 3 other rooms in our bungalow and could hear everything. And our room building 14) was close to the theatre and I swear that the show was louder in my bed than at the actual theatre. As someone that is early to rise and early to bed I hated this.

No Ocean view Room service was very good,eventually.we had to change rooms as the room we were in originally 1602 smelled like sewer,and room service wasnt great.We requested a room change ,they moved us to the other side 2203 and was much better,as well as room service. Pool was nice,cool on cooler days as not heated. Beach was kept nice.recreational staff were awesome,especially Renae and Angel.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Located right on the beach of playacar it was great! We did get some sargasm but honestly i walked the beaches and allegro had the cleanest beach. Food was good, entertainment was good, i know we plan on returning

First day, upon arrival around 5pm the room we were given was not ready, the bed sheets were still stripped off the bed and it hadn't been cleaned. So we had to go back to the front desk and get another room. We booked an excursion to Xelha via the resort's activity center and was told to bring our own towel. We of course didn't have our own towel as the resort provided this, begged for a towel that we can bring but no luck, only to find out that Xelha provides FREE towel. This is something their activity center or their concierge should know by now as Xelha is one of their major attractions they offer for years! Their ala cart dinner places were also limited, you get to chose from 2 a night aside from the buffet. On a plus side, their buffer or restaurant staff were always friendly, some went above and beyond. The resort is also close to Playa Carmen 5th ave, 150 Pesos and you're there via taxi. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the wide, white-sand, beach front really made up for all the little hiccups we experienced and their friendly staff at the restaurants. Would come back just for the beach alone!

Rooms are bungalow style with I believe 8 units per (4 up and 4 down). Def roomy enough for a couple. Shower temperature can take a bit in the morning to warm up and pressure is mid. Very prompt with room cleaning once you put your sign on the door, but some areas could use improvements (example we were there 7 nights and there was blue toothpaste splattered from previous stays on the sides of the mirror and hairs on the shower walls that were never cleaned. Beaches were beautiful and cleaned daily, very little seaweed in water/sand. Was very difficult to obtain reservations for the a la carte restaurants...we were only successful once in 7 days. Buffet had good variety of food, not always hot or even warm, they could use some warming trays underneath food. Not a huge variety for lunches, as buffet isn't open, just snack bar and pizzas ready made. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but I would likely not return, for a few reasons...one of which is the very hard/firm bed.

The food was delicious with many options each day, the beach was beautiful and we always had enough chairs. The rooms were the perfect size and always clean, the staff was very happy and accommodating to our large group. With an older resort there are always a few things, hot water was not always at a premium and some of the beds and linens could use an update.

Our room was clean, however the bathroom room area had odor of sewer. We reported this to the front desk staff and he said someone would be at our room right away. No one came. No one contacted us. We kept toilet cover shut and bathroom door shut. The odor would come and go for the rest of our stay. The staff at the pool, breakfast and buffet are attentive and friendly. We always enjoy our time at the Allegro! Beach was beautiful!

Avevamo una bella camera al primo piano, dove da lontano si mirava la piscina a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal mare un resort immerso nel verde abbiamo trascorso 14 notti abbastanza bene, il tasto dolente, il cibo, il self-service molto ripetitivo spesso sempre le stesse cose, le cose che ti trovavi la mattina te le ritrovavi nella maggior parte dei casi a pranzo e la sera a lungo andare tutto questo stufava molto siamo andati 2 × 1 al ristorante italiano e l’altro messicano, previo una fila da fare per prenotarsi, ma anche lì una delusione, il cibo niente di particolare nella cucina pseudo italiana assolutamente no e né quella messicana di questo posto è il tasso dolente e il cibo

The location and beach were excellent—by far the best part of this resort. The staff was friendly and housekeeping did a great job. Unfortunately, the food was repetitive and below average, except for the New Year’s Eve dinner, which was outstanding. The specialty restaurant reservation system was awful, requiring guests to stand in line for up to an hour every morning. Hot water was inconsistent, the adult swim-up bar was overrun with kids, and policies were not enforced. The gym had broken equipment and cleanliness issues. Entertainment was very poor overall—loud, crackling sound, amateurish shows, and many guests walked out. Great beach, but too many operational issues to recommend.

Staff number one. Excellent food. I had the chance to have a room sea view which was excellent. Room was clean and with the necessary amenities, with a big balcony. I did enjoy my stay in the hotel.
