    "The hotel was clean, safe and the staff were extremely helpful. Special mention to the guy who checked us in - unfortunately I did not get his name - he was super friendly and wrote down instructions for us on how to take the tram to the cathedral. The rooms were great and I would recommend using the restaurant next door called Schlüters - great food and awesome staff! Breakfast was very good and had a large selection of meats, cheeses and bread. Loved every minute of our one night stay!"

    "Great hotel great informative staff. Excellent water stop with both still and sparkling water available 24/7. So good to return yo the hotel for a cold glass of water.     "Very disappointing experience – not what I expected from a 4-star hotel I booked a two-night stay here and, unfortunately, it did not live up to the 4-star experience I was expecting. The lift was not working during our stay, and the key card access to the adjacent building was faulty, which was inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room was also very disappointing. The bin still had litter in it, the coffee cup had clearly not been properly cleaned from the previous occupant, the coffee..."

"Came to Cologne for an event so was not at hotel much. Started with an excellent 90 minute massage and then use the spa facilities. Hot tub was a bit cool for my liking but otherwise it was awesome. Beds are super comfortable and housekeeping are very efficient. Happy I chose the Regency Club floor. Breakfast was also very good and they catered to Gluten-Free."
