"This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Easily walkable to anything you’d want to see in Cologne. The staff was absolutely amazing. Francisco and Kai were friendly and attentive. My family and I traveled throughout Germany this vacation, visiting 8 cities and my stepson declared Cologne to be his favorite stop - no doubt due to Francisco and Kai. We can’t wait to return! "

"Had a great stay at this hotel which has a prime location right on the square in the Old town. Hotel was very clean throughout with really friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice facing on to the square which could be noisy with the windows open (others have mentioned this) but didn't really affect me as quite deaf anyway so would opt for the same room. Great choice for the continental breakfast with lots of fresh food and fruit. Overall had a great stay and will definitly stay here again."
