Great location. Excellent front desk staff. They gave us a sheet with suggested restaurant options which was very helpful. We did the buffet breakfast. The food was good although they could have filled items more and it would have been nice if they had changed a few selections daily. Overall would recommend.

I will not be returning to this resort, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. My experience was very disappointing for the following reasons:
Poor guidance: The staff gave me wrong directions to Aquaworld, sending me outside instead of using the indoor walkway—completely impractical for guests in swimwear.
Terrible food: The dinner buffet had a very limited selection and the quality was poor. The meat was so dry and overcooked that it was almost impossible to eat.
Misleading information: The water park is advertised as opening at 7:00 AM, but the slides don't open until 10:00 AM. Since check-out is at 11:00 AM, we had barely any time to enjoy the facilities.
Overall, a very frustrating experience.

We loved this hotel. The only drawback is we paid for a terrace. The ugliest terrace I have ever seen. Worn furniture, industrial venting, dead plants, no view - it looks like a leftover from the old days. Don’t charge for this if it is unusable.
Great service, great food - we will return. Just not to this room.
