It was great. I’ve just liked more variety in the breakfast. The location is good.

The location was very convenient, across the train station. The room was very clean but when we opened one of the drawers we found a bunch of men underwear and socks. Kinda disgusting. In the bathroom the bar supporting the shower constantly falling off, the hotel needs some TLC The rest was good . Kudos for offering 2 extra pillows!

Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.

Beautiful and elegant hotel in a perfect location, close to most of the famous sightseeing locations, all within walking distance. A very tasty breakfast included with a huge selection, cereal and fruit, continental or cooked breakfast. Rooms and service were perfect.

Wonderful hotel - stayed here in 2018 so it was an obvious choice when we returned to Florence in 2026. Location is excellent and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Lovely breakfast too which sets you up for the day.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel River & Spa. The location is perfect, right on the Arno with a beautiful 10/15 minute walk along the river to the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and other main attractions. It made exploring Florence really easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities and a calm, stylish atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of fresh options. The biggest positive was the staff. We were visiting for my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special for her. Their kindness and attention to detail genuinely made our stay memorable. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We spent time at the pool and had breakfast on one of the days. We also visited the spa. Our executive room had 2 beds and view of the river. It was large, clean and well appointed, perfect for my daughter and I. The downside to this hotel is that it is a ways out of Florence centre, about a half hour walk and not sure i would be comfortable walking at night in the area. They do offer a free shuttle however the times did not always work for us. We took taxis because it was too hot to walk or too late in the evening and the price of the taxi's did add up over our 3 day stay. Our facials at the spa were just ok. Beautiful environment but not sure they are worth the price. Pool area filled up fast due to the hot weather. If you want to be away from the centre of Florence, this is a great choice.

Amazing staff!!

Great location and overall a wonderful stay! The laundry facilities were a huge bonus, and the amenities were excellent. The gym and pool were both incredible and well worth using. The only area for improvement would be the rooms, which could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
