Thanks to its location, it offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the most authentic Tuscan rural landscape, dotted with cypress trees and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves stretching as far as the eye can see.

MAIN FEATURES

DETAILS
The villa has a living area of about 230 sqm and comfortably accommodates 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is located on the ground floor with its own dedicated bathroom. There are a total of 4 bathrooms, plus a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The pool is reserved for guests and is open from May to September. It enjoys optimal sun exposure and is surrounded by a large green lawn. It is equipped with a shaded pergola and sunbeds and loungers for all guests. The pool area is protected by a transparent fence with key access for children's safety. Upon request, and with an extra charge, it is possible to extend or anticipate the opening period, ensuring uninterrupted service during the scheduled season.
