Farmhouse of the '700, among vineyards and olive groves

The villa is part of a building complex of the eleventh century, adjoining the rectory of the Church of Pievecchia, historic site in the hills of Pontefract and the former residence of the Medici family of Florence. Beautifully restored, the structure consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with the option of a further double bedroom. The bathrooms are three and respectively with shower and tub. Large dining room, kitchen and living room light. Private outdoor courtyard and pool usage. A contact person is always available and present in the structure for every need and ready to give advice and suggestions to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We also offer the possibility to rent private motor vehicle 7 persons with driver for visits to the Tuscan cities. We prepare to order lunches and dinners with typical Tuscan menu and excellent wine from the nearby cellars. A contact person is always present in the vicinity to every need of the guests.
** We inform our guests that the hotel is equipped with a heating with pellet stove. In the period from 1/11 to 30/04, the heating is switched on at a cost of around € 10,00 per day to be paid directly to the property in cash. The management of the stove pellet (cleaning and program settings) are the responsibility of the owner.**

Superschönes Haus in der Natur

Francesco und seine Familie sind besonders freundlich, zuvorkommend und lieb. Die Hunde sind so lieb und unsere Kinder hatten die größte Freude, weil Tokyo beim Sprung in den tollen Pool immer zugesehen hat :) Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung! Gerne wieder, danke

Aangenaam verblijf

Rustig gelegen woning. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Firenze en wandelingen in het mooie Toscane. 1 minpuntje : geen airco. Het was dan ook uitzonderlijk warm. Gelukkig was het zwembad er om af te koelen. Dit was altijd heel proper.

Suggestion au propriétaire : prévoir des ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres , mieux indiquer la localisation de la maison ( pancarte sur la route) car difficile à trouver . Salle à manger dehors à revoir ( chaise cassée) . Problème électrique du four à revoir . 3 transats à la piscine pour 6 personnes : c’est insuffisant. Sinon, tout était parfait …

Super location and unbelievable nice house

We had a superb week. The house is great, beautifully renovated and even better than the pictures. Location is very quiet and relaxing, with a nice view. Swimming pool was great.

La location est parfaite pour deux familles,espace et tout confort. Nous en avons profité en septembre 2016, une très belle période pour y aller. La piscine avec vue sur les montagnes magique.Nous avons suivi les conseils du propriétaire pour la visite de Florence: nous avons pris le train tous les jours pour arriver direct au centre ville de Florence, cela nous a évité la fatigue de route et de recherche de parking. La gare est très accessible, le billet de train pas très cher. Propriétaires très gentils et serviables! Nous aurions bien voulu rester un peu plus. Merci à Francesco et sa famille!

Eine schöne moderne Wohnung in einem alten Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Florenz ist prima mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Ferienhausurlaub benötigt. Francesco und Irene haben uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und haben uns auch einmal mit einem typisch toskanischen Menü bekocht. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. An amazing vacation

A holiday passed almost immediately because of the asmosphere to be somewhere in the mountain between the nature and real life. Absolutely, an amazing place where you can rest and enjoy the days you are there. At the house there are so many things to be used, people are sunny, with smiley, and met us in the center of the village at the midnight properly and hospitably. There is also an awesome panorama view from where you are able to see Florence, the village below, and mountain. We have enjoyed everything for the little time we had and with sure we could visit this house and place again because was pleasurable. We saw the whole Florence for five day and rest like we were there for a month. I would like to give thanks again to our landlord and to advice everyone of you to visit this place because is the best choice guaranteeing cheap price and amazing stay. Highly recommended place!
