「A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. Will definitely be back if...

「My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again.」
