Highly recommend for solo travelers. It’s easily walkable to the main attractions and the Tram is right across the street. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! The rooms are spacious and bright. I felt super safe the entire time and there’s a 24 hour bar in the lobby which I utilized every night just to watch my shows and sip on cocktails as a nightcap. The only con was that the towels still had makeup stains when I arrived. But to be fair I 100% believe they were washed and clean but some makeup doesn’t come out of towels so I understand (it happens to me at home)). But you can easily request new ones. I highly highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Staff very welcoming. Easy walk to most attractions and shopping. Also close to tram and bus lines. Very quiet location. We enjoyed the entire stay with them.

The Ruby hotel is very modern. Their staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are really cute and very clean. The bar is open 24/7 but they only offer breakfast. There are a lot of cafe’s around but for dinner it’s about a 10-5 minute walk to find good restaurants. The metro stop is very close and can be used as well. I would definitely stay again.

Very helpful staff, and extremely convenient to public transportation to the airport and city center. Use of a pretty sweet electric guitar was an unexpected bonus for my travel buddy!

Mi meraviglio che questo hotel abbia solo 4 stelle, dovrebbe averne 10, incominciamo dall arrivo, siamo arrivati alla stazione di Firenze e abbiamo preso un tram che ci ha portato direttamente davanti l hotel, check-in fatto in poco tempo tutto in automatico e in solitaria, vi avverto che si paga tutto con la carta. camera stupenda, pulizia impeccabile e presentazione della stanza mozzafiato, bellissima la disposizione del bagno e dell armadio che nella mia stanza era aperto cosa che ho particolarmente apprezzato, la stanza ha la possibilità di regolare l intensità delle luci, un piccolo dettaglio che fa la differenza, qualità degli sciampi imparagonabile con ben 4 scelte diverse divise in 2 per il corpo e 2 per i capelli, in più sono disponibili all utilizzo 2 casse della marshall, la colazione era ottima dotata di ottimi prodotti sia dolci che salati molto freschi e ben selezionati in più per le bevande si può trovare anche lì un ottima selezione di bevande da quelle fresche a quelle calde, abbiamo provato anche la terrazza con un ottimo aperitivo, il menù presentava un ottima scelta di prodotti e di bevande soprattutto i vini, fortemente consigliate le schiacciate. Vi consiglio fortemente questo hotel per servizio, qualità prezzo e posizione, ben posizionato vicino a ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto.

We loved the breakfast and unlimited coffees;) the vibe of the hotel was amazing! Very nice and clean rooms. My only 2 wishes are: shower cap (there was none) and warmer temperature in the shower (I love my shower hot). Overall fantastic hotel, and we will definitely stay there next time we are in Florence.

On sent que l'hôtel à été rénové recemment, pourtant il fait déjà abîmé. Nous avions un loft pour 2 personnes, et pourtant il n'y avait qu'un fauteuil autour de la table basse et une chaise dans l'entrée. L'hôtel est loin du centre-ville à pied (il faut compter plus de 15 minutes en marchant vite). Très bruyant, travaux dans la rue et dans l'immeuble à côté, et à cause des trams qui grincent et de la très forte circulation autour de la place. Heureusement la chambre était propore et le ménage bien fait.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ruby Bea in Florence Italy! This hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the train. Our room (the Wow) was spacious and clean. The whole hotel is tastefully appointed. We were greeted with a quick orientation, smiles and espressos, such a welcoming touch. Highly recommend! We chose this hotel based on reading other recommendations on Expedia. Thank you!

Overall we like this hotel. - Fantastic staff. Marco and Diego. We felt quite welcomed to this hotel. - New and clean rooms and facilities. - Easy to go around by T2. However, the buses (e.g. C1) are not punctual at all.

Personal sehr zuvor kommend. Zimmer war durch AC oder andere Geräusche laut. Nur Dachfenster keine weiteren Fenster, dies hätte bei der Buchung erwähnt werden müssen.

It was perfect. Great location. Spacious and very clean room. Excellent service from all staff members. Within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, shops, Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Lots of thanks to Frederico, Diego, Ida and Carolina. We had a fabulous dinner at Trattoria Tito and other nearby restaurants under 7mins walk from Ruby Bea. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Excellent English skills plus willing to assist like booking a cab, holding our packages and available to answer our questions. Thank you all for an awesome time.

The property is beautiful, elegant, classy, CLEAN, and the STAFF was amazing! THE BED WAS DIVINE!! Easy rest after a full day in Florence. Shopping at City Center was an easy 20min walk but there's plenty transportation right outside the door that'll take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. The Ruby Bea was home for 5 days and I can't wait to go back.

Staff at Ruby Bea Hotel were all amazing. Facilities were really clean and modern. The hotel is away from attractions but is near a lot of bus stops and the tram. They also offer free luggage storage. We were able to further explore Florence after checkout without having to carry around our luggage. Only downside for me, was the breakfast. You have to pay for breakfast and all the breakfast items were cold options (cereal, yogurt, fruit) no hot breakfast items like eggs etc.

We did not get a quiet room, which we had asked for. So we were moved to another room. It was smaller but the hotel would not reduce our rate. When we asked to at least have the breakfast comped they refused. That room then shorted out our hairdryer at a loss of $200. No one at the hotel could then fix our plugs, they all stopped working, we had no way to use accessories or charge our devices, so we had to move to another room. That room had no hot water for showers (discovered after we both had to take cold showers) and we were then told the entire hotel's water heater system was on the fritz. My girlfriend had a migraine, the bar menu was very limited, she wanted a snack, but all 3 floor galleys where they had snacks were out of order. We left a day early. To the hotel's credit, they refunded our last night that we had paid for but didn't stay. .
