Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti, la pulizia è ottima, il personale è cordiale, le camere spaziose e il bagno normale, il cambio biancheria è giornaliero, davvero ottimo, la colazione è all'italiana a ben assortita. Il parcheggio interno è davvero una svolta dato che a Firenze oltre allo ZTL non ha molti parcheggi e i giornalieri costano un po. in prossimità dello ZTL a 25 min a piedi dal centro, 15/20 con i mezzi, la sua posizione ne fa un punto di forza, lo consiglio.

Well placed, it is clear this used to be a luxurious hotel. Some features point to that. The rest, the details that make a good night sleep, a great shower, are cheap , tacky or simply put in place with their price in mind, not the customer's comfort. First night, we barely slept. The cushions were super hard and they'd covered the bed in two sets of plastic protectors making it the loudest and most uncomfortable mattress. Second night, they changed the pillows and took off the plastic, leaving the mattress to be just uncomfortable. The shower head kept coming off because the lead was too rigid, covered in plastic. Apart from fruits, there was no sight of fresh anything, baked or otherwise. The staff appeared snooty.... We did not feel we could bring anything to their attention as they only had one thing to say: "oh, come on, it's fine, surely it's ok."

Hôtel irréprochable

Agréablement surpris. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incomparable, la propreté des chambres est irréprochable. Le WIFi n'est pas limité comme dans certains hôtels. Très bon emplacement, Le centre est à quelques centaines de marche. C'est sans regret, nous le recommanderons à nos proches et amis sans aucune hésitation.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine. Personnel charmant. Situation idéale pour visiter Florence. Parking privé. Très très calme, nous avions l’impression d’être seuls dans l’hôtel. Bravissimo! Nous recommandons.

We arrived at night, the receptionist at this time did not speak english and it was a little hard to communicate but was OK. At day time the receptionist spoke english. Overall friendly staff. Breakfast is basic, excellent coffee. It was easy to find the hotel and park our car in it's parking. Rooms are good, AC is working but was a little hard to control. The hotel is close to a very nice small local market and not far from all the museums and attractions of the old center.

Great stay at hotel Della Robbia

This was an excellent hotel outside of the ZTL. We had a car and they provided parking which in that area is a plus. The hotel was a little hard to spot as the sign is small and in residential area. Room was beautiful and well equipped. Staff was most excellent and very helpful in helping us navigating the city. Would have been helpful for parking instructions on their email but other than that a great stay.

CORRECTO, PERO ALGO JUSTO

El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial, pero las instalaciones están algo viejas y descuidadas. Las mantas de las camas supletorias del sofá-cama picaban y estaban llenas de pelotillas, los azulejos del baño rotos y algo sucios y las baldosas del suelo del baño también rotas y los muebles muy antiguos. Tuvimos problemas con la cisterna del baño, el primer día apenas funcionaba y cuando llegamos por la noche ya estaba rota, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, a la que nos cambiaron no tenía agua caliente, al día siguiente cortaron el agua por la mañana... el desayuno pobre en cuanto a salado y lo dulce todo envasado y poca fruta y variedad, demasiado bollos empaquetados es lo que había. La ubación a unos 20 minutos andando al centro pero bien y lo mejor el personal que fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. El parking es un punto a favor también

Très bon séjour, bien que l’hôtel est un peu loin du centre touristique une rue piétonne et très bien animée permet de dîner et de rentrer tranquillement. Personnel sympathique et gère bien le petit parking privé de l’hôtel.

깨끗하고 매우 좋은 위치

피렌체에서 ZTL 바깥에 있는 Hotel중에서는 가성비가 매우 좋았습니다. 특히, 무료주차가 가능하고 Hotel 앞에서 시내버스를 타면 두오모 성당 근처까지 갈 수 있어서 아이들과 함께 하는 여행이 힘들지 않았습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고, 소파베드도 매우 만족했습니다.

잠만 자기엔 좋음

차를 가지고 갔는데 ZTL을 벗어나고 시내서도 가까워 위치가 좋음. 침대도 편하고 깨끗함 그런데 오래된 건물이라 그런지 인테리어는 별로임 특히 바닥이 장판임.그런데 잠만 잘 것이라면 불편한 것 없이 좋음

Great value but not without downsides

Great location of the hotel not far from the main attractions. The younger of the gentleman on reception was very smiley, polite and courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate and fine. Beds were a bit hard and again very small and sadly not comfortable gave me back ache, (Must be something about Italy) The air con was fine but noisy on full which meant it would disrupt sleep, also the cleaners jabbering on the landing from 7am means you will not get to sleep in. If these matters could be ironed out then worthy of four star hotel or even higher.

Super hotel mit eigenem parkplatz im innenhof. Sehr nette mitarbeiter. Gutes Frühstück. Check in ab 12:00 möglich - top. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die luft im zimmer war sehr schlecht. Keine ahnung ob dieser geruch von der Klimaanlage kommt, aber ohne offenem fenster geht da nichts. Was jedoch das gelsenproblem mit sich bringt. Dennoch absolutr empfehlung.
