We chose this hotel due to its proximity to a venue in hammersmith, we were not disappointed. It was a wonderful charming hotel with a whiskey bar, restaurant looking out onto a green space and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful with my daughter and I. Thank you for looking after us.

Stayed in an apartment with a young family of 4, good amount of space for London. Washing machine was a huge plus. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Room was recently renovated and comfortable but a proper chair would have been appreciated. The fact that there was no space for a small desk and chair will give you a sense of the small size of the room.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and each time is excellent! The area is really nice and safe as a solo female traveler. There are very close supermarkets and shopping. The riverside and the green are very nice and picturesque. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. This is my go-to place to stay when I go to London. I’ve had a better experience here than when I’ve stayed at other chain hotels, such as Marriotts and Hiltons. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
One thing to mention is that there are a selection of rooms on the second floor that are not accessible by the elevator and require you to lift your baggage up a handful of stairs. Not bad, but may be worth being aware of if you may not be able to manage for whatever reason to ask the front desk for help.
