A fantastic space for London properties

Townhouse is beautiful and the staff are really friendly. The room was quite cold though and we couldn't get the heating to work on our first night. TV in rooms are very dated and we couldn't cast to them or stream anything thst was a bit disappointing.

Everything was excellent, staff is friendly hotel is well located.

A fabulous stay, great accommodation, perfect location

Good, clean room. Decor was modern. Great views from the restaurant / bar area. Breakfast had plenty of options.

The room cleaning and staff were incredible. Our room was serviced TWICE a day and always immaculate.

Gym was super small but got the job done! Everything was very clean, nice, and wonderful location. We really enjoyed our stay!! Only downside was there is no fridge or microwave

Very comfortable room, spotless and modern in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Location is ideal and central. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property was immaculate and staff were amazing to deal with! Only downside is that we didn’t have warm enough weather to enjoy the stunning garden area ! Really convenient with the tube being a 3 min walk away. Loved the bar and how different the cocktails were to normal we didn’t try the restaurant however the food looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again

The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special, and the ambassador suite was large and clean. The location was perfect!

The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days. I'd happily stay here again, and will do so in the future.

The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The location was very convenient and the finishes made for a quaint stay in this boutique hotel.

We loved our Christmastime stay at the Langham. The location is excellent for seeing Christmas lights and the panto, the room was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful with things like getting a taxi, etc.

The staff are very attentive, and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable, and memorable. You must try the afternoon tea on the terrace, and also have an after dinner drink and listen to some jazz in the Leopard Bar!
