Disney's Maingate West Kid friendly Vacations

the elevator in my building did not work and going and and down the stairs had my entire body hurting the next week

Room sizes are amazing! Great amenities. Bathrooms could be a little updated.

Usually we have always done westgate for our family stays. What I liked about aqua sol was the deluxe room was larger with full kitchen and balcony. What I didn’t like was it only has 3pools During our stay we heard a lot people complain that they kept telling people to get out the pool due to lightening in the area. According to my phone and others lightening was about 20 miles out. We asked what app they used for transparency but they did not share. One of the days it was closed all day until about 6:30pm. The amenities for basketball or golf are not anything great and they close it at 8pm! Which I found to be pretty inconvenient for my son. The arcade is ok and the bar food was not good. Overall the staff was nice when we mentioned these things but they couldn’t do anything about it. I heard a lot of owners say it was not like this and were unsatisfied with their stay as well. We won’t be staying here again

Absolutely loved everything about this property! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities, and a perfect location. The resort was comfortable, family-friendly, and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Florida.
