Toronto Islands Kid friendly Vacations

Very nice hotel, especially if you can get a good deal. We have stayed here many times and they are very accommodating. Was super exhausted before our check our time and they pushed back our time an hour for free!

Clean room, amazing staff. They made my birthday so great.

Staff was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my entire stay, and even before I had checked in by seeing if there were any additional things I may need. The room and bathroom was lovely, and the ambiance was great also the amenities were amazing with branded hairdryer and hair straightener and other things too

Excellent location, comfortable beds, great staff.

My only concern was the lack of professionalism. The first night my husband and I decided to have something to eat at the hotel bar. While waiting the waiter and bartenders got into a heated altercation where dishes were thrown along with slurs. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I did speak to the front desk staff about it after the fact and I was pretty much laughed at. So yeah not so great.

We loved it. We will go back

Amazing hotel - wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, suite was amazing, fresh “earthy” feel with lots of plants, loved it!
