"I love the size of the room and the quality of the matress. Bathroom style with open stand -in showers and curtain with spill of water excellent. Nice expanadable computer table was very useful for eating with my friend. Personalized TV screen with guest name was thrilling. Enough sockets for plugs around the well lit room. I recommend this place to anyone. Will stay again and again"

"Room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Surprisingly we had a wonderful dinner in the dining room on the first night as the weather was bad and it was a wonderful treat. Deliciously prepared, good size portions, and reasonably priced. Similarly the breakfast included was excellent. Anything you could want was on the buffet. Overall, a great location and a great day."

"Lovely hotel and well worth the money. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the front desk staff who were amazing. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the shower was a treat in the mornings. Pool area was relaxing and comfortable and spotless. Don't be fooled by the somewhat brutalist exterior of the hotel - it really is a great place to stay, ideally located about 5 mins walk to the subway and the Eaton Centre. Hop on Hop off bus stops close by and most of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the hotel. Didn't use the in house dining facilities as there are plenty of places nearby, although slightly disappointed that some of the in house hospitality areas were closed when we were there but overall it didn't affect our stay that much. Will definitely be back next time we visit Toronto."
