"The staff at this property really are above and beyond. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. From check-in until baggage storage, every staff member provided 5+ star service. Our breakfast at the Reign was very good, as was the coffee. The bed was quite comfortable, and the friends in another room had an outstanding view of the CN Tower. Loved the convenience of being so close to the Harbor, the Distillery District, and Union Station. "

"Wondeful experience at the hotel for the 3 nights we were there. We got to the property slightly before check-in, the front desk allowed us to check-in early (15 mins) without a charge. Not only were all the staff extremely nice, they were all courteous. Not once did we truly need to use our key to enter the property during the given times to do so. The rooms are exceptional! Although the in-property restaurant was not in operation, there was a small arrangement of hot beverages and grab-and-go breakfast items. The location, being just off of downtown Younge, is also super convenient. Everything is either a short walk away or a nearby TTC entrance is just a minute away. Absolutely will be coming back the next time I visit Toronto"
