Balboa Peninsula Point Kid friendly Vacations

We could hear the people in the room next to us arguing and taking showers. They add a 20% service fee to everything even if you get the coffee from the barista in the lobby at the counter. The food was terrible and room service took 2 hours. They comped that meal but still... finally, our room was not cleaned until 4pm. We came back from activities at 3 and it was not cleaned. We had to call down for service.

Loved the Paintroom and the staff that offered coloring books and crayons for the kids at the pool.

Being given a room that was close to lobby for my disabled husband was so appreciated.

Loved our stay at Knott's Hotel, beautiful clean room and pool. Highly recommend if you are going to the park. Easy to walk, and save on ticket prices.

The comforter on the bed had a significant tear or cut on it and should be replaced.The toilet flushed very poorly and needed to be activated several times to purge the bowl. The outside walkway was filthy. Dog kibble stacked up at the top of the stairwell and it appeared someone stepped in dog feces at the bottom of the stairwell and spread it on the stairs and upper walkway leading to my room

Staff is amazing and went above and beyond. My room was clean, my bed was awesome. I didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on it
