My wife love this hotel

Staff was lovely and hotel has a nice gym, pool and lobby bar

The airport shuttle was on time, however there was only 9 seats on the shuttle and about 13 of us. I had to order an uber.

Overall stay was good but the fire alarm went off early in the morning

Check in was a bit challenging, I booked and payed for 3 rooms was only credited 1 to my Hilton rewards acct because of a different name on the Rooms (my children). Rooms we're clean, did not pay the breakfast fee. It was raining so we did not enjoy the pool or hot tub.

“Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha

Room was dirty and dated.

The breakfast was enough to get your day started.

The woman is mean and rude the guys were great and polite
