We loved our stay at the Balboa Bay Resort. Beautiful resort and great location on the bay. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and how all the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay!

We had a great time and we’re pleasantly surprised that the was very nicely remodeled and clean. Restart the property for really like the new touches and updates. I do have to say the experience of the bar was not great. Bartender seems to be irritated and as if we were bothering them while asking for drinks and food, it took a while to get an order in and my suggestion is to get somebody that wants to be there and have a pleasant Bedside manner. Other than that, the property was really nice.
