Great place to stay! Staff was friendly and helpful! Shuttle service was great too, they picked us up at the airport. They have a train station across the street and it is so close to the TD garden! Highly recommend this stay.

No hand soap in the bathrooms. Had to reach into the shower to get soap to wash our faces and hands after a day out in the city.
We didn't appreciate the "Boom Boom Rap Music" coming up from "North 26" at 11 PM. Really not necessary. I don't know if North 26 is officially associated with The Bostonian but if it is, I'd relook that relationship. The restaurant is GREAT in the mornings though.

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent

very clean very helpful staff. Ace was very kind and greeted us so pleasantly numerous times. He even gave me an umbrella when it was pouring and he was very sweet. I just wish there were more food options in the hotel restaurant.
