No luggage assistance. We had to haul 5 suitcases without help.

Very efficient and quick service , beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. Over all the hotel is like a museum in time very sophisticated and all restaurants are excellent. All the staff was nice and efficient.

Clean hotel/rooms were very modern .great view of the city and of Mt Rainier. We had an issue with no wash cloths in the room and no working hotel phone to call the desk. Also the front desk put us on hold when we called with our cell phone and never came back on. Went to the desk and the person was busy and nobody else to help her out. No breakfast options for early travelers

Everything was good but it was expensive. The rooftop bar had good food and drinks. The valet staff and front desk staff were all good and helpful. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk from the Pikes market. The area felt safe.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful in holding our luggage, taking delivery of a wheelchair I ordered, and explaining how the key cards worked to use the elevator. The location was close to everything and I felt very safe. The breakfast was well worth the price.

Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.

There is ocean view from the room, looking at the pictures it seems like it, but no. You have to go to the rooftop to see the ocean. The neighborhood was not great,
