The staff, specially Adrian was professional and friendly. Near the train station and fairly close. To the city center 17 minutes. Area at night it was quite empty. But hotel wise it was excellent.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working consistently, our room was a bit hot.
The breakfast was perfect and a great way to start our day.
The location was excellent for ask the areas of Florence we wanted try see.
We would highly recommend this place.
