The staff, specially Adrian was professional and friendly. Near the train station and fairly close. To the city center 17 minutes. Area at night it was quite empty. But hotel wise it was excellent.

Great stay overall especially in the courtyard

The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working consistently, our room was a bit hot. The breakfast was perfect and a great way to start our day. The location was excellent for ask the areas of Florence we wanted try see. We would highly recommend this place.

Clean rooms, kind and helpful staff, air conditioning and rooms were modern and updated.

Loved the location and the rooftop view of the plaza especially during sunset. They accommodated us from when we arrived to calling us a taxi when we left for the train station. They held our luggage when we were walking around before our departure for the train. Excellent service and great breakfast.

It was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.
