Even having arrived very early our room was immediately available. All staff were very helpful. Our room was immaculately clean. The breakfast staff were outstanding very friendly and very hospitable. The highlight though was the spa facility - out of this world. Highly recommend The Moon Boutique.

Location is excellent

We stayed at the Hoxton before we headed out to Tuscany for our wedding weekend. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and the property itself was beautiful with a great location, it was a little bit more on the outskirts of the city center, which we are used to staying in when we travel to Florence, but we liked how quiet and secluded it was and the design of the property was really well done. We enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs and the Photo Booth in the lobby and the outdoor courtyard/bar area was a great meeting point for us and friends who were getting into town for wedding festivities. We would recommend staying at the Hoxton and look forward to future stays in other cities and hopefully Florence again.

An excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring the historic centre. Room was perfect, with an excellent bed, very good bathroom and shower, and a proper coffee machine. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good, though constantly having to queue for poor machine coffee was annoying - and we didn't discover you could request proper coffee until just before we left! Have recommended the hotel to friends and would definitely book it again.

Excellent location & nice services

This was once one of the grand hotels of Florence. The Grand Dame of hotels. It is like a walk back in time. Sadly once you leave the beautiful lobby and the Bar area you can see that the hotel no longer has the 5 star quality. Things are not updated or kept up to par. The hotel needs an up date, the rooms need to be cleaned up, the turn down service needs to be updated, alot of things need to be updated. I could go on but i would rather focus on the front desk and the welcome crew who were amazing. The front desk very professional and very friendly and helpful. With a little update this could once again be a grand hotel

Great hotel with a really great attentive staff. We had a room that viewed the park and the neighbourhood is very quiet. A bit of a walk to the central sites, but we were looking for a quiet neighbourhood to retire to.
