Clean room with on site parking

We needed a room close to QPAC, at a reasonable price, and this was ideal. The property is a bit tired, but the room - apartment, really - was clean, a good size, and an easy walk to QPAC. Fully-equipped kitchen very useful.

The room was a great size, well equipped. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff member was polite and nice but did not respond to a question prior to travelling. The listing included a pool and gym, neither were open however I would not have used them given how dirty the unit was. The kitchen included dishes but there was no soap to clean them, the unit seems to get a “wipe down” but there was so much dust and dirt on baseboards and ledges. The carpet in the bed room needs to be throw out. There was no shade or curtain for the main bedroom window. Beds were very uncomfortable, very bare bones. The listing makes it appear there is a reception, it is either closed or not staffed 90% of the time. Grateful we only booked one night and spent most of our time at an event.
