"The hotel was well kept and in a great location. The staff were excellent and the room was comfortable and quiet. The lobby and bar area was warm and welcoming. "

"Pros: Great window view; customer service prompt and courteous; buffet breakfast was more than adequate; location close to a bus hub; and the hotel is located across the street from a “Soapbox” for self-serve clothes laundering. Cons: no electrical outlet in the bathroom and was I was not given the room I paid for but I thought I had negotiated a mutually acceptable lower rate with management. To my disappointment, after I checked out, my refund was less than the negotiated amount. The hotel did not respond to my inquiry about the deficiency."
