"We arrived a little early than check in. The staff was more than accommodating, they booked us into our room then proceeded to give us a map of the area with highlights aound the town. Based on the recommendation, we hopped on the city ferry and saw more of city than we originally planned on. "

Wifi in the room was poor to non-existent at various times, but the worst part of it was the unresponsiveness of staff to my polite but repeated entreaties to provide a remedy. I ended up spending much of my time in the lobby in order to access the internet. This was functional but inconvenient, and not what I paid for."
