"From the moment we tried to checkin, but were unable to because there was no key in the key safe, it felt like we were unexpected guests. Many, many phone calls later, it was about an hour & half before someone delivered our key. The external entry way is cluttered with chairs, rugs, etc. which makes it uninviting. "The apartment was in a convenient location but could do with a renovation. There’s no door separating living room from bedroom, the washing machine is a bit unconventional and the lounge is small. The common areas have numerous steps so not a place for the handicapped."
