「when u need new towel, u have to ask to staff」

「5人予約したのに、ベッドやタオルが足りなかった。エアコンが一つで全室空調を賄っていたが、ベッドが足りなく、ソファはエアコンの風が直接当たり、布団もなく、寝る環境が悪かった。ちゃんと準備ができていれば問題ないと思う。 キッチンにスポンジやゴミ袋はありません。準備が必要。コンロはIHです」

「The hotel had a perfect location and facility. The room was very nicely furnished with a living dining kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I requested a bathtub, and got hot water bath every day. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store next door--very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.」

「The room was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed. My main gripe with the room is a lip/step into the bathroom that I kept tripping on. My other issue is a lack of tea towel/cloth in the kitchen. The staff were very helpful especially when we had trouble finding the place, we circled 3 times before pulling up and calling. Would have been nice if the pool was heated, but we used the spa instead. Conveniently located for where we were headed and valet parking cost wwa covered by a promo...

「It would have been helpful to know how and where to get into the parking garage with the key ring, I had to figure it out. The dryer did not work, and they could not fix it. The floors were pretty dirty, and there was no body was and shampoo in either bathroom. The hood above oven does not like to stay closed. 」

「We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. We had a few issues with our electronic fob getting into our room a couple of times but it was all sorted quickly. Customer service could not be faulted. Highly recommend」
