We had a very pleasant stay. Concierge David was amazing and very helpful. The location is very central and convenient. Parking options nearby are limited, but valet parking was very convenient. The shower head kept falling down, which was a bit inconvenient, but the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the pool and the wet deck. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Stayed at the W Brisbane recently and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The service was unreal—staff were incredibly friendly, switched-on, and always attentive without being over the top. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.The room itself was amazing—beautifully designed, super comfortable, and had everything you could want. Getting a complimentary upgrade was an unexpected bonus that just topped it all off. Everything about the stay felt high-end but still relaxed, which is rare to pull off. Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll 100% be staying there again next time I’m in Brisbane.
