"Really upper class establishment. Very pricey but under the circumstances it’s expected."

"We book a few days at the Royal on the Park every year to shake off any jet lag from our flight out from the UK. This year we also booked a night before taking a Uber to the cruise terminal. The staff at the Royal are always very helpful and we've nevr had need to raise issues regarding room clenliness. We always book a room with a view of the botanic gardens. "

"We needed to check in quickly so we could catch a shuttle to the Australia Zoo and they were very accommodating. When we returned, our luggage was waiting for us in our delightful room. Everyone was wonderful. "

"We had a great stay. Walkable to South Bank area with lots of restaurants, ferry, museum and walking paths. Hotel staff were wonderful. Would stay again "

"Very basic and probably better suited to sports teams and school groups which seemed to make up the majority of other travellers. Loud music played from the pub downstairs but did stop promptly at 10.30pm each night. A bit of a walk to the CBD for my office, and food options were mostly fast food. Fit out is a bit dated and tired. Will likely try somewhere else next time. "
