I liked that they checked up on me when I got food poisoning. The whole staff @ this hotel is very nice & friendly.
We have stayed here many times, always great. The only problem this time around was the poor customer service of the car park attendant, usually we have had no problems but this guy just had no manners whatsoever. Not a great first contact for the hotel. Everyone else, lovely and helpful.
This place is fantastic. The staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. Close to a lot of Melbourne sites and Marvel Stadium. You can walk or catch a tram or train to wherever you want to go. My only criticism is the bed was a little lumpy and I wish the pillows were better. Really minor things when ...
