I booked this hotel because of the loot bags and we didn’t recieve one nor did we get a room upgrade that was offered with the package, I requested 2 beds and had to share with my mum. The only option for parking was $60!!! This wasn’t listed anywhere "

"Staff were so helpful when we requested an earlier check in to get ready for a function. Front desk staff could not have been nicer. Pool is the highlight at night, although certain lifts mean you have to walk through the crowded restaurant and bar in your togs .. so wear a duster or similar. Room was super clean and we loved that they didn't use disposable toiletries. "
