Pros: - Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr. - Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills - Spacious room - Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.) - Very comfortable bed - Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues) Cons: - Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover - No restaurant in hotel - Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh - Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise - Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting - Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it. All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if you’re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Their service and attitude were definitely the highlight of my experience. However, I was disappointed with the room maintenance. The toilet was not functioning properly, and the phone in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to contact the front desk. These issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. With a few fixes, this place could easily become an excellent choice

Definitely should lower the valet price, when you can go across the street for overnight parking for less then 60% of the price

The room and room service were impeccable. Access to rooms was a bit complicated, and the waiting time for check-in was excessive.

Amazing servers, staff location is great! Views are top notch

Everything about this hotel is absolutely spectacular. A truly home away from home experience. Very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Top floor has an amazing restaurant and 360 bar that oversees the best views in Santa Monica. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

The room WiFi is so slow, that I couldn’t work from my room.

Place was fine for the price. Extra $15/night to park your car. No front desk, just a kiosk with virtual workers, sometimes took a while to get help. Toilets clog easily, key cards demagnetized every day.

The room was big and clean, and the location of the hotel is perfect for walking to Hollywood Boulevard and sunset strip, didn’t need to Uber once my whole trip . The front desk staff was very helpful with everything I needed and even offered a later check out. Will be back next time I come to LA !
