"View and hearing the waves were great. Our A/C unit didn’t work and the walls are very thin so we could hear a crying baby all night."

"After arriving late from a long drive we noticed Room was dirty smelled like heavy smoke I had to air out since I was traveling with my children then got a complaint for being loud after explaining we only have the patio door and front door open due to smoke smell we were still given a warning with no sympathy or regards to the smell of the smoke in the room"

"The beach access was amazing! Since it’s far from the pier it’s mostly empty during the week. My friend and I stayed for a girls trip and it felt very safe. The staff was very kind and attentive. Bluff Bistro coffee was also so good! I suggest you only get coffee here as the food options are limited and pricey. Although they were pricey we enjoyed some tater tots for breakfast, they were delicious! Overall the rooms were clean, the views were amazing and I would stay here again! "

"Room was spacious and perfect, overlooking the ocean. Location was perfect. Views from the hotel is breathtaking. Only down side was the check in staff. No welcome, no smile it’s like walking into a fast food place. Breakfast staff was very nice though "

"We excited for our stay, but we couldn't get air/heater to work, the table lamp didn't work. the carpet is looking pretty bad. for what the price of the room was we didn't feel that the accommodations were worth the price. your staff was very friendly and have no complaints everyone was great. the grounds were beautiful.
