good service ; clean room

The check in/out staff and valet services were superb. It was my first time staying at the Douglas. The room was nice and clean. Was terribly disappointed with the noise level from the lounge and lots of noise in the hallway at 3am, with people yelling and banging on other people’s doors.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, clean, friendly staff and the room has a lot of tech features

Really really lovely hotel. We had a top floor studio and the view across the city from our room was incredible. The hop on and off bus had a stop right outside so we explored the whole city really easily. The bar and restaurant served lovely food and drink and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely go back there.

The staff were amazing. Smiling, cordial, human and they overall just cared about us. They always made sure that we were comfortable, had everything we needed and they did it in a way that made us feel comfortable

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the room had a great waterfront view.

Beautifully clean room, brought us a mini fridge immediately, polite and willing to go the extra mile. Beautiful property that gives you the feeling of being in another dreamy world. Will stay there again when my bank account recovers. Not a bad thing.
