I love this hotel. Perfectly central, great staff, large rooms, totally luxe-chill atmosphere. Back door into Lola, around the corner from Palace Kitchen and across the street from Dahlia Bakery. Who could want more???

We stayed here this past weekend and the property itself is excellent. The hotel is beautiful, well kept, and the location couldn’t be better — easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Where it falls short is food and drink. We ate at the restaurant and ordered room service, and both were underwhelming for the price. It’s very expensive for what you get, and there are much better options within a short walk. I’d recommend eating out. The bar was the biggest frustration. Every time I stopped by it looked understaffed and overwhelmed. I tried twice to get a drink and both times gave up and left because the wait was just too long. For a hotel at this level, that’s a surprising miss. Bottom line: stay here for the rooms and the location, but plan to eat and drink elsewhere.

This property was in a fantastic location and we loved our petite queen room! We will be staying here again!
